🔑 해결방법
1. 내 PC IP 차단되었는지 확인
2. SVN 서버쪽 방화벽 포트 차단되었는지 확인
3. SVN 다시 설치
-> 아래 에러는 jdbc 사용 시 db연결이 제대로 이루어지 않았기 때문이다 그럼으로 인하여 커넥션 풀이 제대로 만들어 지지 않았기 때문이다
